The Administration Commission is an appointed board that is charged with overseeing the fiscal areas of parish life. Included in these areas are:

• Compilation of the church budget which includes school, religious education, church , and rectory.



• Monitoring of these budgets throughout the fiscal year.



• Monitoring of expenditures that are approved by this Commission and other Commissions or Boards.
• Giving fiscal advice to the pastor, within the confines of Canon Law and the Church Budget.

Members of the Commission must be members of the parish. This Board consists of appointed members who have three year terms and ex-officio members who serve at the invitation of the pastor. The president of the Administration Commission is a member of the Parish Council and attends those meetings to facilitates communication between the two groups.
