The meeting was held at Traditions and was attended by Scott Lockwood, Chris Martin and Bob Vergo.
Even though attendance was low, typical for the summer, a lot was accomplished.
The first item discussed was the situation at the school. The school currently has 130 students enrolled. This equates to about 90 families. Also, the parish obligation to the school will remain at $90,000. This figure is the same as last year.
This years chili dinner will be held on January 30th, 2011.
The Westminster Pres. church fire was discussed. Bob asked Fr. Pete if we could offer our parish as a temporary place of worship until they got back on their feet. He said offer them what they need. Bob called the WPC and relayed that info and also offered the services of the Men's Club. He did relay that we are a small group and that we could try to help in anyway they we could.
FamilyFest2010 was last. With enrollment down in the school it is imperative that we, as a group, step up and help out more then we have in the past.
Respectfully,
Bob Vergo
