The meeting was opened with a toast to Mike Hettinger.

Julie Dillenburg requested that the Men's Club help set up and take down tables for the Good Friday Walk of the Cross? We agreed to lend a hand. Julie said that the Walk begins about 2pm and is on April 2nd.

The Annual Chili Dinner will be held on Sunday January 31st. It will be operate from 11 - 4. This year we will coincide with the St. Patrick's School Open House. There was some question as to us being able to have the dinner on this date. Fr. Pete said that it would be fine and encouraged the events running at the same time.

Scott went to a chili cook off at St. Ray's. It was pretty extravagant. But, it sounded as if they had a lot of expense incurred,too. We will have a variety of chilis to offer. Patrons can buy them by the bowl or as a package. So far we have committments from five parisioners and we have calls out to a few more. We will offer a bar and run a 50/50 raffle. We have a request into the CCW for bakery. Things should go pretty smoothly.

Scott would like to know if we could set a date for a movie night. Bob said that he will work on it.

As always we are looking at ways to increase membership. Some ideas were tossed about.
