Items discussed were as follows:

FamilyFest'09: For all purposes, it went very well. The weather was great and the turnout better then expected. Hopefully we will have some approximate dollar figures after the FF'09 wrap-up meeting in Oct.

Also we discussed Mrs. Wisnewski who donated a lot of items to the garage sale. While some of the Men's Club members were removing the donated items they asked if she would like us to finish cleaning out her basement for her at a later date. We will attempt to set up a cleaning on October 10. Hopefully followed by a small cookout.

The Chili dinners were brought up. We will cancel the October date and reserve the 1/29/10 date as we had last year.

We are going to check with Jim Richards to see if he is available for another movie nite for late in October. Also, we need to check to see if our licensing is still valid.

The parking lot was also discussed. Paul Boley single handedly cleaned and filled all of the cracks. We need to figure how to raise enough money or donations to seal the entire parking lot and then re-stripe it.

The open mike nite was shelved until a later meeting.

Our next meeting will be held on October 15, 2009.
