Dear New Families,

It is the effort of St. Patrick School to keep you well informed as to the events of our school. Each Thursday of the school year a newsletter from the principal called, “The Parent Link” arrives home with your oldest SPS child. This, along with many other related mail, will be included to keep you as well informed as possible. I hope that through this newsletter and mailing many of your questions will be answered. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. The answering service is on 24 hours every day. Someone will get back to you in a reasonable amount of time. We will also send you information by mail in mid-August. Check the school web site for more information.

August Happenings
New Parent Orientation Program
Tuesday, August 18, 2009
6:30 p.m. in classrooms: 7:00 p.m. in the gym

Working 20 Service Hour Points -
(Sign-up sheets) OR a Buy-out Fee of $500 is to be paid on or before September 1 of school year. Failure to fill out a commitment sheet will result in an automatic buy-out fee.

Mandatory Fundraising -
through the PTO, relates to the Family Fest Raffle OR $250 must be paid by November 1 of school year. Also, MANNA will be part of mandatory fundraising.

Mandatory Service -
of one shift at the FamilyFest is required by all families with K - 8 children attending St. Patrick School.
