St. Patrick's is pleased to offer a service to working parents called the Extended Day Program. The program has a morning session (7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.) and an afternoon session (2:30 to 5:30 p.m.). This service is open to any St. Patrick student in grades K-8.

It is important that whoever picks up your child signs them out. This is a standard regulation for the protection of your child. We cannot allow your child to go with someone without prior notification; therefore, please notify the school office if someone that is not listed on your registration forms is going to be picking up your child.

There will be a $2.00 charge for every 10 minutes after 5:30. This charge will be payable at the time of pickup.

If you are going to be using the program on an inconsistent basis, please notify the school office so attendance can be taken. For drop ins, payment is due on the day of service.

If there is an emergency that will cause a change in when or who will be picking up your child, you may call the school office during school hours.

The Extended Day Program follows the same discipline code as outlined in the school handbook. Detention will be issued for misbehavior, and repeat offenses will prove that other after school arrangements will need to be made for your child(ren).

Payment is due the last day of the school week or the last day of service that week. Exact change is appreciated since a supply of cash is not readily available. If payment is not made on the date due, there is a one-day grace period in which payment must be made. If you fail to comply with this payment plan, other after school arrangements must be made.

A child who appears ill upon arrival shall not be admitted.

In the event of a medical emergency the school policies will be followed according to the handbook.
